Overview

Atelier & Co. is a fictional modern European bistro created as a complete restaurant web experience. The project brings together a photo-led marketing site, a focused digital menu, a reservation journey, and an administration interface in one cohesive visual system.

The experience is designed around the moments that matter to restaurant guests: discovering the atmosphere, understanding the food, finding practical information quickly, and moving naturally toward a reservation.

Key decisions

  1. 01

Built a reusable public layout with React Router so the homepage, menu, and reservation experience feel like one continuous website.

  2. 02

Used Tailwind CSS with a restrained warm palette and Fraunces typography to create an editorial hospitality aesthetic.

  3. 03

Created original restaurant imagery and kept menu and restaurant content in structured local data, ready for future API integration.

  4. 04

Designed the menu for fast category browsing and the reservation flow with accessible client-side validation and clear feedback.

Outcome

Delivered a responsive, production-deployed restaurant concept that works across mobile and desktop.

Created a credible frontend foundation for a future multi-tenant restaurant menu and reservation product.
