Delete inside the game
- Sign in and open Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Request deletion without the game
Send the request from the email address used for your Category Clash account. This lets us verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
Email deletion request →If you cannot access that email address, explain this in your message. Additional verification may be required to protect the account.
What will be deleted
- Your login account and profile information
- Your Coin balance and transaction history tied to the profile
- Your achievements and cosmetic entitlements
- Your private age information
What may be retained
Multiplayer records are anonymized so they no longer identify your profile. Limited de-identified purchase records may be retained when required for refunds, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
